Comparison of the Concentration of Risk Elements in Alluvial Soils Determined by pXRF In Situ, in the Laboratory, and by ICP-OES

The aim of the study was to compare concentrations risk elements (As, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) in alluvial soil, which were measured by a portable X-ray fluorescence analyser (pXRF) situ (FIELD) and laboratory (LABORATORY). Subsequently, regression equations developed for individual through method construction model, results pXRF with classical analysis (ICP-OES). accuracy measurement, expressed coefficient determination (R2), as follows case FIELD–ICP-OES: Pb (0.96), Zn (0.92), As (0.72), Mn (0.63), Cu (0.31) Ni (0.01). In LABORATORY–ICP-OES, coefficients had values: (0.99), (0.98), (0.89), (0.88), (0.81). A higher dependence relationship recorded between LABORATORY–ICP-OES than FIELD–ICP-OES. An excellent Zn, both FIELD LABORATORY (R2 0.90). have worse tightness relationship; however, model shown its applicability common use, e.g., agricultural practice or monitoring quality environment. Based on our results, we can say that instruments provide highly accurate concentration soil real time some meet principle precision agriculture: an efficient, fast analysis.
